Any information collected as part of private coaching or mentoring services, educational or training files, are never shared and will be protected according to federal and Massachusetts State privacy laws. However, in the event of subpoena, legal injunction, illegal activities, or concerns a client will harm him/herself or someone else, LBPSYDC&C’s staff, employees, contractors, and affiliates are obligated to report any requested information to the extent the law allows, and only as much as we are able to keep restricted.

We will use the information we collect about you to help us improve services for you, and to provide you with the service(s) you have requested, and/or to let you know about additional products or services that may be of interest to you. LBPSYDC&C will never sell your information; however, we may occasionally share information with our contracted providers, third-party service or support providers, and invite these partners to participate in offers we feel would be attractive to you, as it may pertain to Services, Training and Products, as defined in our Terms of Service.

Age Restrictions

If you are under the age of 18, some member benefits may not be available, and some restrictions may apply. Individuals under 18 years old require parental permission to access or benefit from LBPSYDC&C Services, Training and Products.

Opting Out

We respect your right to decline from receiving promotions from LBPSYDC&C and or our contracted or third-party service providers who work on our behalf. Declining may affect the benefits you are able to participate in. To Opt-Out, please contact me with OPT-OUT or REMOVE in the Message field. Please allow up to 30 days to be removed from our database after we receive your request. You may continue to receive promotions or emails from us or our contracted third-party service providers until you are officially removed. Links to Other Sites
